SARS claims that the efiling process is the best service yet it. From 2009 i used to get my tax returns with no problems but last year when i changed my bank i dont get my tax returns, i was told tht i should go to the branch with my bank statement. You ask for some time off from work and you find the branch ques so unbearable. I dont see the reason why they have this efiling service, if you cant submit your bank statement online. In their system they have my current bank account but they told me that they will only refund me when i submit my bank stat and proof of residence in person, this i must say. Its a crime not to pay tax but its not a crime when SARS does not pay your what they owe you.
