I went into SARS and I spent nearly three hours in que, which i understood because there was notice at the entrance that the Branch was currently short-staffed. What made me very angry however was when two gentleman came and after a few minutes being there and were called by the lady at consultant 5. Lady was not wearing a name tag. She is a black lady, tall, dark and petite, wore a leather jacket, black pants and brown boots with a hairstyle of braids and cornrows. The gentleman did not even have their number called out, as with eveyone else, the lady called them out of the que and served them, leaving the many of hours who had been there for several hours.
This is complete disregard of other people and highly unprofessional. The Branch does seem to be a vey well manged one and its dissapointing when this happens. It was just past 14:00 when this happened.
