On the 18/06/2013 i went to City of Tshwane in Mamelodi to report the Water Meter, the Lady by the name of
Granny Mokoena was assisting me and she took my cellphone no as she was to give me the reference no
for the case she logged, but nothing happened as i waited for people to come fix the meter, because there is
too much water that is coming from the meter, and who will be responsible for the payment from the 18/06/2013 as we reported at about 7H45
