The electricity supply to my house was off, we contacted Ekurhuleni at around 18:00 and they said that they will send out an electrician. At 19:30 I phoned them again and they said that the call has been send through to the electrician. The operator informed me that there are a lot of calls from Bredell area which the electrician are busy with and he will still look at my problem during the course of the night. I have also informed her that there are no power from the main supply and that a cherry pickup have to be send as I suspect that the power tripped on top of the pole. She said that she will relay the message to the Electrician. At 01:30 I phoned them again, then the operator told me that the electrician do not go out at night anymore as they are getting robbed. I told her that it is unacceptable as we live in a High crime area and we need electricity for our safety. She asked me to hold the line. After about 2 minutes she said that the electrician does not answer his phone and we have to wait until the next morning for a electrician to fix the problem. Problem Still not fixed.
