The electricity and water supply were disconnected to the house. The amount due was paid and the Reconnection Dept said to me it will take? 3 hours to reconnect the electricity as well as the water. The electricity was connected but the water supply is still OFF! I have been on the phone for nearly 23min, then 17 minutes and once again 13 minutes to get through to the correct Dept who can assist me with this problem. How long will Tshwane take to reconnect the water supply to my house.
