Water meter leaking, no response after 6 days

On 5 June 2013, my tenant contacted customer services regarding a leaking water meter at 205 Cormorantstr, Wierda Park. She was given the referance number 483027 and the agent Sameul indicated that Tshwane Metro would be dispatched to attend to the leak. He indicated that they would be there within 8-10 hours. It has been 6 days and no one has arrived. The water meter is still leaking. Today the number for the water department (012) 3582111 is out of order.

Calls to your customer centre take forever to be ansered. When someone eventually answered, she was referred to the water department which was the number she had dialled in the first place. She was then given a number for "Ella (012) 6588408". She didn;t provide any assistance and when requested the name and number of a manager, she refused and only gave me the number 080 111 556 which again was not answered. She tried calling Ella again and this time she did not answer at all.

Your urgent attention to this matter is required.
