On Sonday 2013/06/02 morning at about 03:15 i phoned 10111 because i had a problem with neighbours making a big noise that woke myself en my son and wife. When i spoke to the 10111 operator i was told that he can hear the noise in the back round and will sent some one out asap, and the noise when on. I phoned them back at about 03:20 and asked where they where and i was told that they are on there way. Today is Monday 2013/06/03 and asoff yet the Police have still not came to my house to find out what the problem was.
We are paying out taxes so that the police can be there to protect us or when we are in need off there help but what can we do if they just do not give us the help we really need.
i think the police really let me down when i needed them the most
