We are currently sitting without power - no notice of power cuts have been given. not only am i paying for rates taxes on a piece of land that is higher than the property i live in whose water account is sky high each month - no meter readings take place 1 person is home during the day 3 in the evening water bill is @ R1000.00 min each month - today they have cut services without notice! whats next! queries are how can a plot be charged electricity and water when its vacant 2. how can those charges be higher than a property that has people living on it???
