My phone got inside a sport-scene blue route mall today at 2:30 pm. i have an application on my phone that takes a picture of the person who is attempting to unlock my phone, so i called 10111 (general inquiries) to find out if i have a picture of the culprit, would the police be able to scan the picture into their system and find the person who my phone. this woman had the most horrible attitude i have ever come across, and for it to be someone who works for the south African police service is even more frustrating!!! they are uninformed, stupid, incompetent who claims to help but does absolutely JACK to help the people who need it. i am beginning to believe that the only citizens the SAPS helps, are criminals!!! and! because they have done nothing for me, and quite frankly, I'm so sick of the police intimidating the innocent.
