Good day, I have a claim with Road accident fund since 2009 January. The claim handler who is dealing with my file is Annette Tsewana. The lady was very rude and unfriendly. Nov 2011 I visited RAF in Cape Town and the guy by the name Yolani Mankayi assisted me. He called Annette to check the progress of my file. She was rude to him and dropped the call on him. I could hear while sitting next to him that she is shouting at him. The other time I called her, she told me I am not going to get the money from them so why must I bother myself about the file. I told her I did not ask for money I want the file. On the 25/11/2011 at 09:23 am I spoke to Musa Cele, her manager who promised to speak to Annette and call me back. He did not call me, in December 2012 I called Annette again asking for a file to sent back to Cape Town branch. She asked me to go to RAF in Cape Town and asked communication department to send her and email then she will send them the file. The email was sent through by Nono Mhleki, but no response. On the 5 of Jan 2013 I called her to check the date she sent the file to Cape Town and she asked me to call back following day, but never answered the calls on that day.
