I've been trying to get hold of someone that will be able to assist me in providing electricity information and billing information. The city is charging me for reconnection fee even though they never disconnect the electricity and I'm paying my outstanding bill. This is ridiculous and pure from Tshwane municipality.
I have been to the municipal offices to pay and pay online but nothing gets reflected.
Waiting for 30mins on a call at a time costs money!
