OLD AGE RE-REGISTRATION

Someone told me that if a person aren't able to walk SASSA's people go to their home and do the registration there and my mom is 80 years and has trouble with both her knees (witch let her fall a couple of times now). I want to speak to someone who could help me with that. The only person I spoke to was Siphokozi, and for 4 days I am trying this number 0538027581 of the Manager she gave me but you can dial that number for ever they just don't answer. Yes I know that they are very busy at this stage with the re-registration of the Old Age Pension and other, so I've sent them an Fax to this number 0538325525, but still waiting to hear from them. At 07h30 this morning I start phoning the number Siphokozi gave me again and still no answer so I dial SASSA's office again. This time I don't know who the lady is who answered the phone, but again she gave me that number of the manager. I told her that there is no answer at that number and she told me that I must go to their office to arrange for my mother's re-registration, now why in the world will that help me if I can't even reach them on the phone. I also got a job and can't come and go as I like! I hear the last day is 18/01/2013!
