Tshwane Account 5007639871 I have moved house on 30 November 2012 and paid my final W L account on 7 December 2012 to the amount of R 1 112. The City of Tshwane Municipality then also used my Deposit to settle the account. I have requested them in various e-mails to refund the overpayment of R 1 117.
Emails were send to the Customer Care Centre on 4 Jan 2013, 2 April 2013 and 16 April 2013, to date I have had no response. It also does not help to phone as you will hold on for hours without somebody picking up the phone. If someone do pick up they are unable to assist and are totaly not in a hurry.
