We have a problem with our accounts each and every month since Jan 2010 our payments does not reflect on our accounts.
We went to see them numerous times to sort the problem out but the amount is just acumilating month by month and we don't know where to find help anymore. They gave us printouts of the payments made via internet and cash payments but it does not show anywhere
