I went to the Rental housing tribunal on the 12 december 2012, after an errant rental agent illegaly took my deposit.
My Ref number is Rt 2275/12 and they advised me to keep in touch, to follow up.
This is where the problems started, I have been told that its Christmas, and the rentalagent deserves a holiday.
I have been handed to another person, Mr Mahlangu, whom promises to call back in ten minutes, yet NEVER does. When I call him, he is angry and rude... He asked me what the case is about (despite, me supplying him with a reference number. He objected to what i said "they kept my money', he says that i am bad mouthing them (guess which side he is on!!!) surely he is biased!
Furthermore Mr Mahlangu say that he is busy with "important" cases, whereby people wish to shoot one another (isnt that a matter for the police), and sarcasticly says, that my matter is trivial, and could be somewhere 56th on the list, should he get an opening, he will call me...
Now, This after their letter to the errant agent, statiing they need a response within ten working days..!!!
What is going on up there!!!??? in the "Tribunal"...
