I lodged a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission in May 2011 about a small attorney firm who did not disclose all the fees payable on a bond registration, even after we received a quote from them. To date, I have not received any feedback from the consumer COMPLAINTS commission - who is there to handle just these types of issues... I called on many occassions, left many messages - yet no one gets back to me and no one can give me an answer as to what is happening or even where my 'file' is...
What's the point Complaints Commission - why are you being selective about the types of complaints you deal with?
