We went to the Brooklyn Mall ABSA client services due to the fact that my friends card was not working. We stood in the queue for 30 minutes, got to the consultant she did attend to the card issue and only to find that when we wanted to draw money from the ATM to find the card chip is still not working. We went bank to the consultant to mention this only for her to tell us we have to go back in the queue and wait our turn. If she did her work correct in the first place we would not have the problem. Also the Manager came around to ask what services we required we told her and I asked can they not have more consultants because we normal working people only have 30 minutes for lunch. The new revamp etc does not come with the service of which is being advertised so i think you people should look into giving the normal people better and faster service.
