Once again I did not receive my "YOU" magazine delivered to my home on Friday 26th April 2013. My money is deducted but I do not receive my "YOU" in my drive way BEFORE it is on the retailers' shelves. That is the SLA I have with Media 24 regarding my "YOU" subscription AND delivery thereof. If Susan does not do her job that I as a subscriber pays her to do (Without subscribers she would not have a job) & Media 24 does not replace her, seeing as I have complained about this very same problem numerous times then I will have no other option but to cancel my subscription. I had to go and buy a "YOU" magazine on Saturday morning despite me ALREADY HAVING PAID FOR ONE TO BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY, 26TH APRIL 2013.
