My wife has a subscription for the Baked and Delicious collection. We regularly pay our bill via debit order. For the last 3 months, she has not received her issues, even though we have been billed for this. I have tried calling and the call center and have to wait for 5minutes without any agent coming on the phone. I tried to email the customer care center now but the email was rejected. Is this the kind of service subscribers should receive?
I understand there is a Post Office strike, however Jacklin needs to use couriers to deliver the goods as this is not the first time this has happened. I am currently very appalled and dissapointed by their service. Please can somebody from management contact me to resolve this issue.
