I have a house & garden subscription with Ramsey media from November 2012. Every single month I have to call their call centre and ask where my magazine is and the answer is always the same - we sent it already, we will send it again. I eventually receive the magazine a few days after my call each month. I sent an e-mail in March to ask where my magazine was and I was e-mailed back apologizing for the delay but stating that it was caused by the postal strike. I was also offered free access to the on line magazine in addition to the hard copy that would be delivered monthly. I accepted via e-mail the offer to the free on line magazine as I thought that at least I could access the magazine timeously. I then received an e-mail stating that they made an error and I would have to pay for the on line magazine. I wrote back and said that I don't accept them changing their mind - I want free access to the on line magazine monthly for the rest of the duration of my subscription. They have not bothered to write back nor have I received my Mach copy of the magazine. This service is unacceptable. I would like a full refund of my entire subscription. disgusting customer service.
