On 17/03 I went in to the Photo Africa store at the Midlands Mall to make a copy of a recent picture. the photo was off my sister and i on our first cruise. we just had the original and thus a copy was needed. I handed the original to the gentleman behind the counter in a protective sleeve. The original was kept in excellent condition due to its immense sentimental value. receieved the copy and original in the protective sleeve. The gentleman said all was sorted, so we paid and left the store. when we got home and examined the photos.there was a scratch running thro the picture as if someone had cut over it. The copy had this same mark. Such incompetency in handle our memories with care and professionalism is not what i would expect from any store. I am very disappointed at the service receieved. I would like the manager to please contact me wrt hopefully repairing our original photo and to put right the pathetic customer service received.
