No Payment for submitted Km for past two months

I'm really not happy with BlueLakesSa, as they claim that with the Help Desk in place they will solve any query quick quick. Other than that when you try and call no one answers why do you pay for a telephone line when you never use it for the purpose it's made for! I've been submitting my KM as set out in the contract I signed with the representative but BlueLakesSa is not doing their part in committing to their word! I've not received any payment for KM submitted in the selected time frame for the past two months! I need your response in this matter ASAP! This is unacceptable!
