Billed after 2 years of cancelling

After 2 years of cancelling my supscription, they sent me a calander at the end of 2012. I immediately return the parcel! I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM JACKLIN ENTERPRISES ANYMORE, ISN'T THAT WHY I CANCELLED MY SUPSCRIPTION??? So I phone them on 03/01/2013 and explain the whole situation. I really don't understand, how after 2 years, they still manage to deduct an amount from my banking account, with debit order, for something that I didn't even order or signed for. The lady tells me that she can only refund me when they receive the parcel which I returned. Today, 14/01/2013, I phoned again, spoke to MICHAEL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, and he confirms that they already received the parcel. So now they want to send me a cheque? You willingly take the money by debit order (electronically), but want to send me a cheque? Who is going to pay all the banking fees? He confirms that he will pay electronically, but after 14-21 working days. Very quick to take your money, without any permission or signature, but only pays back after 2 weeks? This is the biggest money making ever!!! Why didn't the lady phone me back and told me she received the parcel? BECAUSE THEN YOU HAVE TO REFUND ME!!
