Jacklin Entreprises/ GE Fabbri had taken money out of my account in January but I had not recieved any products from them. When I called the call center the agent(Sonya) claimed the items were sent in November and some items were on their way. They also said some items were out of stock. I requested to speak to the manager who was conveniently busy at the time. I left my contact details and till today I have not recieved a call back. I still don't have the items charged for. I am shocked that some items have been out of stock for close to year for me a subscriber, however in the local stores it was readily available and so was the replacements. This has continued on for the entire time of my subscription.
Now in February they took another amount out of my account without me recieving any products. The amounts are not small. The company does not check that the items were recieved and even though they know the post office is on strike they sill use the post office for deliveries. This is absolutely unacceptable service from a company that claims to be helping subscribers. I will never subscribe to any collection with them again. I rather just go to the news agents.
