Sending Disney calendars to us after we requested we be removed from their mailing list and customer database as our children were older and not interested in Disney Calendars anymore.
We collected the parcel from the post office not knowing who it was from, and subsequently phoned them and complained. They promised to send a return slip for us to return the goods. We received it, and returned the goods on the 18 December 2013 and our account was still debited with the price of the calendar. We have phoned numerous times and they requested bank details (even though they have them - how else did they take the money from our account).
We are still waiting for our refund!!!
