I did not receive my True Love copy in December, January and February... I phoned media24 mid-January to ask about the Feb copy, the agent told me that the magazine has been sent to me I must wait. I told her I cannot wait because it's long overdue and it's not the 1st time something like this happens, what if I wait forever. I decided to go and collect the magazine at their offices, January and February copies. Towards the end of January the February copy was delivered at my work (duplicate) and now I have 2copies of February. Today 06February I still have not received the March copy, maybe it will also be delivered towards the end of February, I don't know. I am sick and tired of Media24, I subscribe because I want to make sure I get a copy every month, sometimes I don't have money to buy the copy, I rather pay a once off fee... but it seems it's no helping.
Last year I had the same problem, the then Sales Manager (Corrine Michaels) attended to the problem quickly and advised me to call or email her should I experience any problems. I phoned and emailed her in January, the phone was just ringing, I have not received a response to the email till today, and this is my last subsc
