Not refunding my money and paying incorrecly

I paid for car registration as agreed and was to be refunded. Sent numerous mails across and called the call centre but had no response or feedback whatsoever. Then every month R80 less is being paid into my account with no reason or communication for the KM I drive and on the website it's registered as they paying me for the full amount. I am being ignored after the sale has been complete with no after sales service. No refunds and my money is not being paid into my account correctly for driving the KM's. Urgent response required.
