Ive now been complaining for months about the late delivery of the morning newspaper in the Mulbarton area. Every time you phone and complain you get told that action will be taken and management will be notified to ensure the problem will be resolved. Guess what nothing gets done and the problem remains. The people responsible for deliveries in our area does not take any complaint serious. I think The Citizen are scared to take action against them to ensure that their customers are satisfied with the service they get or the staff at their call centre doesn't do anything about the complaint. YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE IN A SENIOR POSITION AS CONSULTANTS AT THE CALL CENTRE SCREEN THE CALLS AND JUST SAY THEY WILL GET SOMEONE TO PHONE YOU THAT NEVER HAPPENS.It is shocking to think that a company like The Citizen can allow this sort of bad service to carry on and not take proper ACTION to resolve the matter
