Hi,

I spent a fortune on the event and was promised a 6 month subscription to the Oprah magazine but subscribing for this has proven to be a nightmare because I cannot find/remember my ticket barcode. I have been speaking to one of your employees and she either ignores my emails or waits for me to call her before she can reply. I have a groupon voucher that can prove I did buy this ticket. Can someone please help me get the magazines or get my money back?
