I, like so many others, have been lured into all the false promises offered by Blue lakes advertising and Drive Car Sales. I selected the option to drive the allocated amount of mileage and receive an advertising fee. I was then contacted the next morning and told that my car was receiving sms' on my code and they recommend I change to that option. Foolishly I did change with no option of returning to my original choice! Needless to say I have received no sms interest in over 3 months! I had a friend and a colleague that both sent my code through and I wasn't notified and they weren't contacted back either. After querying this I was told that it was a technical error. So I then sent messages through the helpdesk to ask when this technical error will be corrected and after two months I still have had no response! I received a support ticket to check up on my status of my query and it firstly came back as being processed and now the same ticket number is being declared as invalid. There are no contactable numbers and emails to their head office get returned as the mailbox is too full! I know they don't respond but I am just hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake.
