Very disappointed with service-no response to que

I have been a subscriber for 4-5 years of the You Magazine.
At the end of Nov'13 - my delivery stopped. I phoned and spoke to Candice at the call centre. She informed me
that my a/c had not been paid. This was unbelievable as I have a debit order. Then my email query stated
that the IT system had been changed and my query was being attended to.. To date I rec'd a call on the 13th Dec then on the 6th Janaury I spoke to Carmen in the call centre. Still no success.
Have kept sending email queries to no avail. Phoned the Jhb number on 20/1 and spoke to Lizette who would immediately email the query dept in CT for me. Phoned her again the next day and am still waiting. Rec'd
an sms on 17th Dec to say the delivery would be on the Sat. Only rec'd the mag on the Tues. This weeks still has not arrived. Have received a few spasmodically in Dec and Jan, once a duplication!!! What must I do to get some service? Sincerely, Margie Hutchison
