Paid for my subscription to Food and Home Magazine through RNA subscriptions (a division of Caxton / CTP). Paid for this on 24 July 2013 and get an email saying this will only be active from September 2013 - problem no. 1 - why such a long delay. Problem no. 2 it is now 3 September and I haven't received one magazine. When emailing them (have been doing so since 30 August) I get an automated response a day later followed by another email asking if they have the right address- they do. All I want to know is where my magazine is? I am the customer - why must I phone you - can't someone there have enough interest to pick up a phone and call me to try and resolve! If this is the lack of service / interest from the get- go refund me my subscription money please and I will buy the magazine in the stores - less hassle / less fuss.
