I had a few occurrences where they don't make the payment that they are suppose to make and after fights for the the bigger part of the month or sometimes more they eventually make the payment. In the beginning of January 2014 when I wanted to upload my photos so that I can get my next payment my account was mysteriously cancelled. I also didn't receive my payment for the photos uploaded in December 2013. I immediately logged Helpdesk tickets on their website and I received no response for a duration of time because they were apparently closed over the Festive break. When they eventually responded to my complaints per email they told me that they will activate my account again if I want it activated but no back payment will be done.
This is a breach in contract because I get paid for advertising for them and now that I did my part they decide not to pay.
