After sending several e-mails since December 2013, still no response and even less service:
Ideas Magazine - no January 2014 issue received despite promises to mail, and no February 2014 issue received yet although February issue already on sale to the public.
Home Magazine - January 2014 purchased due to non-delivery and no February 2014 issue received yet although the Feb issue is already on sale to the public.
It would be great if SOMEBODY could at least respond and provide some semblance of service - the December recess is history - have been experiencing delivery problems since mid November 2013. Don't know why I even bothered to subscribe - too many problems.
