I cancelled my Jacklin account in 2013. December 2013 i received a calendar which i did not order with an invoice stating that my account will be debited. I no longer use this account and therefor there was no money available. They tried to deduct the money from the account and the bank charged me R138 for the debit not going through. I am now stuck with a calendar which i did not order, a R149 invoice from them as well as bank charges. I would like to know if they are going to pay my bank charges as well as the charges to collect their calendar which i refuse to pay for.
