COMPLAINT - Universal Paper & Plastics / Universal Paper Manufacturers / Universal Inks
I am extremely frustrated with the above company. I have numerous emails from last year July stating very clearly that we will not be renewing our contracts. On our December Invoice there was an amount of R1657.83 for the yellow pages for January 2014. When I queried this, I was told that it was confirmed telephonically. I then found out that they spoke to a new staff member who is our Graphic Designer!!! I have sent numerous emails to Monique and a Joan George advising that we will not be paying however I am still waiting for feedback!!! I find this totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Hoping that this can be sorted out ASAP!!
