On the 6th of November 2013 proof of payment was emailed to you for *two* subscriptions. On the 13th of November 2013 your offices responded that the payment was received and that the subscriptions were renewed and *street deliveries* would continue.
Gaylene emailed me and confirmed that the funds were received and that the subscription would continue as normal.
For 9 weeks my in-laws in Centurion have not received their magazines.
I am residing in Australia and it has cost me three lengthy expensive telephone calls to your offices, and still we are no further.
The call centre refuses to put you through to a call centre manager, or to anyone senior who can deal with these complains. Basically you are being stonewalled.
Please can I get the deliveries restored as soon as humanly possible, and I want the 9 weeks that I have lost credited to the existing subscription.
