Miss leading of shareholders

Hi September 2006 we my family purchase shares from Media 24 BEE, WELKOM YIZANl. We purchase it for R10.00 per share.
September 2011 the Burger report that the shares are R104.00 per share. i call the call centre and they inform me that i can only sell the shares at December 2013
DECEMBER 2013 CAME AND THEN THEY TEL US THE SHARES IS ONLY PLUSS MINESS R10.00 .WE HAVE TO PAY TAX AND COMMISSION THEN IS less tan R10.00
Sunday 8th December 2013 the RAPPORT write that the NASPERS shares are R1000.00 per share >Naspers are the holding company of Media24 so how can the shares only be R100 .00 after 7 years.i know that thoutands of share holders are unhappy of whats happen.
the also don, t advertise the shares in the papers, they said that thets send us the shareholders so we must by our shares back, give other people the opportunity to by shares so then the price will raise.
