For a birthday gift we bought a Grazia magazine full year subscription. However, the main reason for subscribing specifically to Grazia was because they promised to include a certain gift which the person whose birthday it was really wanted. The problem is they do not tell you that you will be waiting for such a pathetic and ridiculously long time to receive the gift. The first call to Grazia was made on the 31st of December. Since then we are still waiting and yesterday theytold us the gift will only be arriving in 6 weeks.
This means that it will be a total of nearly two and a half months. This is unacceptable as the main reason for the subscription we bought is beacuse of the gift. And I am fully aware that in this digital day and age, magazines struggle to sell their hard copies but that does not give them the right to promise you a gift that will cause so much frustration and they definitely should not make you wait for 2 and a half months.
I even offered to come and collect the gift, which was not part of the deal but I had a feeling if I don't get it myself it will never be delivered
I love the magazine but I am extremely unhappy with the way this has been handled
