Zero Response - E-mails Ignored

I started to request a gift subscription of Popular Mechanics for a friend of mine. The initial response started early in December. I finally placed the order on the 6th of December including the payment of the requested amount into the requested bank account.

With the payment I set up the beneficiary list with the bank authorising them to send an e-mail notification direct to Inshaaf advising the payment of the requested subscription fees.

In my e-mail placing the order I also advised of the payment that had taken place. In repsonse all I have been able to get back from Ramsaymedia is their standard e-mail stating that I need to pay the subscription and provide them with proof of payment.

They do not read my e-mails to them stating the date and method of payment. To date I do not have a coherent answer and have np proof that the subscription has been accepted.

I need an answer advising the status and, if the subscription is not accepted, return of my moneys paid.
