I love listening to Highveld, and really enjoyed listening to Mark Pilgrim and Bailey on the afternoon drive. I was disappointed to hear they were leaving, but gave Anele a chance.
What a shocking show. I cannot listen to Highveld in the afternoons anymore, she sounds like a grating, uneducated simpleton, hand the show over to Grant at least he knows what he's doing. Making people read the classifieds for extended periods of time. That is not funny, is really annoying, and totally pointless. I am sure there could have been better use of the airwaves than that.
I don't listen to the show from 4-7, my CD's are a far better choice. Also, what happened to the 5 song choice for the Emporers Palace competition, another thing she has managed to wreck in the short time she has rejoined Highveld. Come on Highveld, listen to your listeners.
