My sister paid for 1 years subscription to Your family for me. Unfortunately she forgot and paid again for another year. I received 2 magazines for the same month but with different subscription numbers. I called and was told that they would then send me one magazine each month but just extend the subscription. On 05/04/13 I received an e-mail from RNA subscriptions stating that it would run from Sep 2013 to August 2014.

My magazines stopped. When I enquired I was told by Pamella Singidi that my subscription has expired. I said no they must check. Porsh Hofsta then stated the same. I also received correspondence from Tersi Solomon to say the same. I contacted her and she told me that the COMPUTER GENERATED that e-mail and that it was not valid. Now how can a computer do this on its own? I want my magazine.
