I have a car purchased with Bluelakes SA. I have a internet account where I load my photos every month to get paid for the advertising on my vehicle. Bluelakes has now cancelled my account for no reason and did not even inform me of the cancellation. what makes matters worse they cancel it just before I need to upload my photos for December month's payment. I was still on my account the week of the 01/12/2013 and nothing was wrong with my account. Why the would they just do this before the closing date of me uploading my photos.
They want any reason to hold back the funds that are due to me. I will take matters further if this is not resolved and I don't get the money that is due to me. I will take this to the newspapers and you will see me in court if this is the way customers get treated. Surely the consumer protection act will not agree with the standards of Bluelakes sa.
I find it absolutely disgusting that you people take advantage of consumers just to make money, typical extortion.
