I must express my disappointment regarding the delivery of the Mail & Guardian. Every Fridays I have to call reporting the non delivery of the paper with no progress on the service. I do not get any feedback or improvement in this weekly issue. I am always told that we will be credited. November 2012 I added an additional copy for one of our new director, sent a proof of payment and confirm it only to be told that the delivery was scheduled to start on the 25th of Jan 2013. Requested that to be changed but none was done and up until today I have not receive paper. We pay an annual fee for the paper; which seems to be equivalent to half year to supplier base on non delivery issues. The company do not seem to honour the credit story and that is sad. Please improve, this is really not good service! TX
