I am struggling with Media24 since August 2013 regarding the dt order that is suppose to go off on the 1st of each month instead of the 25th of a month. Once again the dt order was sent to ABSA for payment. Every month I must pay the penalty of R99 for non-payment of the dt order. This problem is reflecting on my credit portfolio and is unacceptable. Every month I am phoning Media24 complaining about this PROBLEM. I spoke to several people and every time the answer given to me is that on the system it reflects that the dt order must go off on the 1st but the problem is at the FInance Dept. Everytime I must hear the problem will be taken up with the Finance Dept.. Why cant Media24 (Customer Care) fix this problem at the Finance Dept. Yesterday once again I made several calls inquiring the feedback. No one from Media24 (Finance Dept) will even contact you stating the problem is rectified. I can even show proof of the penalty on my bank statements. Yesterday I received a notice for the deliverer that my delivery of the Beeld was cancelled due to non payment. The money went off my acc on 1 Dec. This is terrible service I am receiving from MEDIA24.
