I opened my own hair salon and got a land line. then they called me to ask if I want my phone number to be in the telephone book. I said yes, but I am very new at all of this so I was not informed that it would be s monthly bill, I thought it was a once off payment. Then when I looked my name up, in the book it was spelled wrong!!! The salon's name is Monrose Hair Design but in the book it is Monroe's Hair Design. Then I called trudon and the person said that I must email my query to [Email Removed] so I did that and got no response. Then I left a message on the website, also no response, I called again and the person said again that I must email, I did that again and again no response!!! I am so frustrated and do not know what to do, because I refuse to pay and want to cancel!!! Please help, I'm desperate!!!
