DT ORDER WENT THROUGH ON WRONG DATE

I contacted Media24 on 28/10 enquiring about the dt order that went through on 25/10 instead of 2/11/13. The lady said to me the dt order on their system is for the 25th of each month. I do have proof that the dt order should gou off the 2nd of each month. The Aug amount was deducted 1/8/13, September on 5/9/13 and the Oct amount on 1/10/13. Another concern is why did Media24 deducted the amounts of R42.29 4x and the amounts of R55.23 twice. This is unacceptable and I want my refund asap. I want a good explanation for these deductions.
From 28/10 I do not get my Beeld and would like to know who cancelled my newspaper. I did not cancel my newspaper. This is terrible service from Media24 and I want my delivery REINTATED as from today. I'm paying my account every month and Media24 has no problem in taking my money from my account. This is not the 1st time I am experiencing problems with Media24.
