I have subscribed to the Ferrari Model Car Collection, based on their advertising campaign "Subscribe and NEVER miss an issue"...
This collection consisted of 85 scale models and every second month I either just received 1 model or 1 that I have received before!
The collection ended in March 2013 with # 85 being issued. I was never sent # 61 & 68, but have spent hours and hours on e-mails and telephone calls to this company with empty promises about Managers will return my call; the back-issues are on order etc, but NOTHING!! They NEVER return your calls & their e-mail responses always has the same lame excuse..."we have contacted our supplier/publisher and will advise you of the outcome" NEVER TO HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!! - and my e-mails and calls have to start all over again..!!
My next door neighbour purchased all his model from CNA and completed his collection on time and complete.
I have thus spent nearly ZAR 11, 000 on an incomplete collection which is now WORTHLESS DUE TO JACKLIN ENTERPRISES BREACH OF CONTRACT AND FALSE ADVERTISING...!!
Do yourself a favour... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF ARTISTS..!!
What they do not know, Legal Action will follow now.
