I have been billed by Trudon for a service i did not approve (2 sales agents confirmed this) and have called on 3 occassions and sent the below e-mail twice with them doing nothing about it. I have since been forced to call Telkom to advise theim of the billing of R344.00 per month and the trouble I am going through. Trudon do not know what I am talking about everytime I call and explain the situation to them from inception constantly, I am sick and tired of being abused and from, they even have the detaills in the yellow pages incorrect which shows the lack of accuracy.
To whom it may concern, I would like to formally request that the above reference file for my company be cancelled with immediate effect :
o I had not agreed to signing up with the Yellow Pages (As per call)
o I had asked to confirm with the other directors of the company as this a family business
o The name in the yellow pages and the e-mail address is incorrect
o The customer agent has not respected my wishes and initiated payment without consent
I will be following up with a formal complaint should this not be honoured with immediate effect.
