Incorrect billing. Month#2

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Invoice no's: 307G1000683D, 308G1000923D

A year ago, we were incorrectly billed for a contract we never signed for, however, the same has happened yet again.

The contract fee is R300.00 per month which we never entered into with your firm, as this is a private telephone account and not a business account. This is for a firm called Ikhawu Security Service and NOT for us.

I emailed your firm last week and nobody from your firm has called me as of yet.

If our Telkom services get disconnected, I will pursue legal action against you.
